  First off my wife and I went in to get a new washing machine and the tall guy with glasses and a hat was very rude to us and didn't seem to want to help us out then we get a call that night for our appliance to be delivered between 3pm and 5pm the next day and my wife took off work so she could be there for them to deliver the appliance they then called from a 1-800 number that my wife didn't recognize at 10am and left her a voicemail saying they would be there in 30 min to deliver our appliance and my wife waited for hours and no one ever showed up and my wife called customer service to see what the hold up was and supposedly the driver said no one was home and no one answered the door so we rescheduled for Saturday morning and here it is almost 12:30 in the afternoon and still no washing machine needless to say we will not be using Lowes crappy delivery service anymore and if we buy any more appliances from them we will be borrowing a truck to haul it ourselves I have never been so disappointed in my life it's pathetic the kind of customer service you receive these days so save yourself a waste of time and money and if you can find an appliance elsewhere I would advise you to do so take care and God Bless
